Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase,
we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

- Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds:
- Books with signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, software, etc.)
- Damaged items not due to our error

refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange, contact

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not, a refund will be sent to
the gift giver.

- You will bear the shipping costs.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
